D. ZSavage
Donzell Broadnax Jr (Donny Zsavage) is a Producer, Engineer and Artist born March 21, 1976 in Pontiac, MI. Donny Zsavage began his career in 1997 when he was signed to a development deal at Boomin’ Records (Flint, MI). During that time he began earning his stripes recording sessions and helping in the production of local artist recording at Boomin’ Records. Donny Zsavage was also known for being a fierce witty battle lyricist and beat producer. While at Boomin’ Records, Donny Zsavage (B.K.A Stamina) was introduced to Vance Moore (Supreme) and with the help of producer Mr. Slate, they collaborated and dropped their first promo single “Million and One MC’s” and left those who heard the record asking for more!
Also during this time, Donny Zsavage was featured on Boomin’ Records premiere hip-hop group (The Coalition) album while working with Mr. Slate and Supreme on their first underground hip-hop album. Although their debut album “Lessons in Hardcore” was never officially released, a bond was forged between Donny Zsavage and Corleone Premo (the mixtape Martyr) and they formed a group that many know now as The Coalition.
Donny Zsavage is currently attending one of the top Engineering Schools on the east coast, The Omega Studios’ School of Applied Recording Arts and Sciences in Rockville, MD. He is a member of The Recording Academy, Washington, D.C Chapter and the Audio Engineering Society. Donny Zsavage is also the newest addition to The Hit HQ Recording Studio family as an Audio Engineer.
